Induver – Over 30 years of dedication to entrepreneurs

As a Belgian family business, Induver has supported entrepreneurs and companies in managing the risks of running a business for over three decades. The goal was always clear: to give clients the confidence to focus fully on growing their business.

Industrial insurance was our speciality, and is part of our name and brand. What sets us apart is not only our expertise, but especially our proactive and committed approach. We know our clients inside out, which has allowed us to guide them in a focused and personalised manner. Transparency and mutual trust were always the basis of every collaboration, but it was our speed and accessibility that made the difference.

By analysing risks in detail and informing customers about relevant developments, we offered not only insurance, but above all peace of mind. Induver has always stood for certainty, insight and a personal approach, and those values live on today within Group Induver.

clover – Driven by innovation and expertise

In 2019 , the fifth generation of Claes Verzekeringen Clover established itself as a new chapter within the family business. With a strong focus on innovation and corporate services , the company quickly grew to specialise in niche sectors.

Clover went beyond classic insurance. Through a thorough risk scan and in-depth market knowledge, it offered tailored services and legal advice, always with a lean and forward-looking approach. Quality over quantity has always remained the prime focus, with innovation and expertise as solid foundations.

Clover stands for more than insurance. It offers security and strategic insight, with a view to a stronger future.

Group Claeys – Three families, one vision

Group Claeys Insurance Brokers was formed from the merger of Germain Claeys, Vandendriessche and De Clerck. With a team of more than 50 employees, it offered independent advice and tailored insurance for entrepreneurs, the self-employed, industry and private wealth.

Thanks to its strong partnerships with insurers, Group Claeys is able to negotiate unique terms and comprehensive cover. Customers have a dedicated case manager and can rely on a specialised claims team of legal experts. Even outside office hours, the team is always on standby.

With innovative tools, such as 24/7 digital file management, and a focus on personal service, Group Claeys assures clients of freedom and security. This approach lives on today within Group Induver.

Bamps – Laevers: Over 100 years of experience, one shared vision

Bamps Verzekeringen and Laevers Verzekeringen joined forces in 2023, with a shared focus on one-to-one advice and tailored services. From their offices in Genk and Diest, they remained close to their customers, always accessible and with the same familiar approach.
Bamps Verzekeringen was founded in 1973 by Willy Bamps, later joined by Geert Keymis, Joan Bamps and Johan Mandervelt. Geert Keymis was at the helm as Managing Director from 2006. Laevers Verzekeringen had an equally rich history, founded in 1966 by André Laevers, later taken over by his son Peter Laevers in 1993 with Caroline Laevers joining forces in 2018.

Over the years, Bamps-Laevers has grown into a brokerage firm with a team of 50 employees, placed among the top 20 independent insurance brokers in Belgium, with a strong focus on business insurance.

Bamps-Laevers has been part of Group Induver since July 2024. Joining this alliance has provided access to centralised back-office services, while maintaining a personal and independent service to its customers.

De Boever Verzekeringen was founded in 1979 and has grown into a medium-sized, independent insurance broker with offices in Lede and Aalst. Over the years, it has become one of the major insurance experts in the region, providing services across Belgium. Individuals, the self-employed and companies alike go to them for tailored insurance solutions.

Behind De Boever Verzekeringen is a passionate team of 12 employees, guaranteeing a personalised service each and every day. With a client base of over 475 businesses and 3,500 families, the firm has always placed a strong emphasis on customer-centric solutions and commitment.

Vanoverbeke Insurance is a well-established name with a rich tradition spanning more than a century. From their offices in Kuurne, Ypres, and Ghent, they’ve built lasting client relationships across generations. Today, the company is led by fourth-generation Nicolas Vanoverbeke, together with Mark Velghe.

With a strong focus on corporate clients — making up 75% of their portfolio — Vanoverbeke Insurance has positioned itself as a business insurance specialist, with a distinct expertise in Cargo insurance.
